What happens after my trial ends?
Your account enters read-only mode. All your data is preserved — you can still view your records, but you cannot create new bookings or invoices until you pick a plan.
Do you charge transaction fees on payments?
No. You connect your own Stripe account and keep 100% of your revenue (minus Stripe’s standard processing fees). We never take a cut.
Is there a per-dog or per-staff limit?
No hard caps. Both plans include unlimited active dogs and unlimited staff accounts, with fair-use guidance. Very large or multi-location operations should contact us for a custom plan.
What’s the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter runs your whole operation — portal, scheduling, records, vaccine date extraction, billing, autopay, and refunds. Pro adds text-message (SMS) notifications, no-show & deposit protection, auto-run autopay, white-label + custom domain, API access, advanced reporting, and priority support.
How many text messages (SMS) are included?
Pro includes 1,500 text messages per month, shared across your account — enough for routine booking, billing, and status alerts for most teams. Starter does not include SMS. If you need more than 1,500 in a month, additional texts are $10 per 500 (about $0.02 each), and we show your usage in settings so there are no surprises.
Do you really migrate my data for free?
Yes. Both plans include free, hands-on assisted migration from your current tool — no setup fee. Pro adds bulk vaccine record review tools for large record sets.
What’s the Founding Member offer?

Can I switch plans?
