What happens after my trial ends?
Your account enters read-only mode. All your data is preserved — you just can’t create new bookings or invoices until you pick a plan.
Do you charge transaction fees on payments?
No. You connect your own Stripe account and keep 100% of your revenue (minus Stripe’s standard processing fees). We never take a cut.
What counts as an "active dog"?
A dog with at least one booking or attendance record in the current billing period. Seasonal dogs that aren’t booked don’t count against your limit.
What happens if I hit my dog or staff limit?
We give you a 14-day grace period to upgrade. We never hard-block an operation while a dog parent is standing at your front desk.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. No cancellation fees. Your data is preserved for 60 days after cancellation.
